Rouge is a character(Last Chaos Money) with amazing attack and hit rate. They also have a high dodging and evasion rate, so you could play them. After level 60 Rangers become better so that's why this guide is aimed for switching to Ranger after then.

For both classes, Ranger and Assassin Dexterity is the main Stat Point.
Dexterity–+0.5 Physical Attack, Increases Invasion and Hit Rate
Strength–+4 Health
Constitution–+11 Health, +2 Mana
Intelligence–+ 0.5 Magical Attack. +7 Mana
